I am 73 and a type 2 diabetic. Have been on Metformin and Victoza (now Ozempic) for years.

Everything you presented is true. In addition, I am involved in a large compounding pharmacy. Demand for GLP-1s is significant.

Thank you, Kat. Primary care physicians need to get up to speed on this stuff! But remember, I am not a doctor. I only play a know-it-all on Substack. Merry Christmas!

Missed you! Especially down about 1000 ft at a cameco gold mine in Canada. In he piece was a pic of a package of depends. Who is it for?

The unfortunate murder of unh ceo was followed by near potus 47 blasting predatory PBM’. He likely did not know the unh owns OptumRx.

What a great Christmas gift to see your Wells $treet column. What? You mean these miracle diet drugs require diet, exercise and education to work? No wonder they don't last. Weight gain is a complex issue regarding genetics, mental health, lifestyle. There is no magic bullet that lasts. Just another diet fad.

This one may be more than a diet thing. I’m wondering what other things these drugs may be able to do.
